CEO and Founder, Dr. Yolanda Babb has over 10 years of teaching and leading experience. With a Doctorate in Education, Dr. Babb created ESCCR Foundation to promote enrichment programs for children in Brooklyn, NY.

Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder, Cassandre brings over half a decade of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis. A strong track record of preparing and presenting comprehensive financial reports, analyzing financial performance and market funds enabling her ability to develop accurate forecasts and projections.

Chief Learning Officer and Co-Founder, Phiona Andrews has over 14 years of diverse experience in education. Phiona has a proven track record of implementing successful literacy programs for students with special services.

Director of Operations and Co-Founder, Stefani Jones has over a decade of youth development experience and creative-based social and emotional learning. Stefani specializes in fostering growth, resilience and emotional intelligence in students within all grade levels using innovative strategies

Co-Founder and Director of Health and Athletic Education, Rasheem is dedicated to enhancing student and adult physical and mental health well-being . His goal is to foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork,  growth and commitment to health.

Director of Marketing and Communications and Co-Founder, Kori brings 19 years of experience of working with children. A Boston native, she is passionate about fostering development and building meaningful community connections. Kori is focused on enhancing outreach efforts and strengthening community ties that deepen connections.
